Dr. Kaz Gozdz

Kazimierz Gozdz earned his Ph.D. at the California Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (now known as Sofia University) in Palo Alto, CA researching how to optimize human performance. He did an internship related to building learning organizations with Peter Senge and M. Scott Peck. He specializes in supporting companies through large scale transformations. Kazimierz helped implement EnPro Industries’ dual bottom line approach to business, where human development and financial performance are co-equal. Kaz is an expert in team learning and community building and has contributed to shaping EnPro Learning System’s dual bottom line approach to safety.
