Kelly Schulp is Vice President at Workplace Learning System, focusing on EnPro Industries global EHS program. Previously, she was EHS Manager for the Garlock division of EnPro Industries. Kelly has more than 17 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety, starting at EnPro.
Kelly joined EnPro Industries in 2000 in a Human Resources role and quickly found her found her passion for Health and Safety, moving into a dedicated safety role soon after joining the company. She served as the plant safety leader for nearly 10 years, and helped the business through a significant cultural transformation.
Since then, she has held positions of increasing responsibility supporting manufacturing, service centers, and field service operations within several EnPro Divisions around the world in both union and non-union settings. During her years with the company, she helped create many aspects of the EnPro Learning System positive workplace safety culture approach, implementing it repeatedly both within EnPro and at other companies outside of EnPro.
Kelly has a BS from Indiana University and an MBA from Quincy University. She holds professional safety certifications in the U.S. and Canada, and is an OSHA Outreach Trainer as well as current President-Elect with the Denver, CO area chapter of the ASSP.
