Safety360 Virtual Safety Leadership & Care Management Workshops

November 8-11, 2021

If you are the Environmental, Health, and Safety champion in your company, a safe workplace culture begins with you. Our Safety360 Virtual Safety Leadership & Care Management Workshops are a great way to gain insight into your organization’s safety leadership and the state of its safety culture - as well as to develop safety leaders to help your cause. These 4 partial-day workshops are a 100% virtual program designed to give participants confidential, anonymous feedback from the people who work around them while also providing professional coaching in proactive practices to utilize to ensure the best injury response and care for any injury or illness.

What You Get:

Workshop participants will get to experience Safety360—a powerful tool to gain insight into your organization’s safety leadership and the state of its safety culture. Designed to give participants confidential, anonymous feedback, the Safety360 survey automatically tabulates and the results are presented in a format that helps the feedback recipient create a development plan. Individual responses are always combined with responses from other people in the same category (e.g. peer, direct report) to preserve anonymity and to give the employee a clear picture of his/her greatest overall strengths and weaknesses. It’s not only for EHS professionals, but also for executives, operations managers,  support managers, and front-line supervisors. Safety360 is a personal development tool to help leaders recognize strengths and weaknesses in order to become more effective in creating a caring and safe workplace environment.

Participants will also learn how to take the first step towards injury freedom through Care Management instruction. The first place to demonstrate safety leadership is to care for employees when they are injured, investigate why the injury occurred, and then prevent the same injury from ever happening again – anywhere in your organization. This process, which we call Care Management, is more than injury incident investigation and involves a planned, coordinated injury response in a consistent and caring manner.
